Edwin van Zyl is a South African tech executive, software engineer, ordained minister, and independent music artist. By bridging the worlds of technology, spiritual leadership, and creative expression, he maintains a diverse professional and artistic footprint.
After co-founding Conor Solutions (https://www.conor.co.za) and selling it to Adapt IT Holdings (https://www.adaptit.com), in his corporate capacity, Edwin serves as a technology leader, driving business development, innovation strategy, and telecommunications architecture within the South African tech sector. Parallel to his corporate career, he is an ordained reverend, although he is not actively involved in any one denomination at the current time.
As a creative outlet for his faith and personal reflections, Edwin writes, records, and produces music under the project name UpperRoomLegacy (www.upperroomlegacy.com). Serving as the primary composer, acoustic guitarist and vocalist, his discography spans both English and Afrikaans tracks (as well as a Mandarin collaboration).
